On April 12, 2023 I had a business meeting. The meeting was as Kandi in a circumstance where they know me as both Kandi and this other guy and welcome me happily! I will not get into details until this becomes a “thing”, but it went well and I loved my look. Honestly, can I dress this way every day while making a living? I am trying to get to that, but have a ways to go.

I was introduced to Susan the day before Keystone and met her the very next day. All my pleasure!
Here are a few pictures she would like to share with you all now, the joy on her face is palpable!

The following was received on this date, the same as the meeting and Susan sending me photos!
Hi, Kandi! I just wanted to tell you how excited I am to find your blog! I’ve recently began actively communicating on CD.com and saw your post about the Keystone conference, How exciting! I’m 62, and although I’ve known who I truly am since a very young age, I’ve just over the past year begun to live that reality. Like you, I am a woman, not a “tranny” or “T-girl” or any other “gurl”. For the first time, I really LOVE my life, and I’m looking forward to keeping up with you and the other ladies who are a part of this beautiful blog!

Hugs!
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why Kandi’s Land exists!

how much you mean to our community.
Thank you for all the help you give us. You are truly a beautiful lady!
As are you my friend, as are you!!
Hi Kandi,
I’m totally with Davina. I will never forget what you have done for my wife and I. After reading Davina’s reply I thought it was a good time to have a group hug from the girls you’ve helped and mean so much to.
Love ya girl,
Trish ❤️💋🥰
This is me…blushing 😊!
Well deserved praise, my dear friend! You are a guiding light for so many and proof that it is possible to reconcile our two sides as far as we want to! It was lovely to have met Susan and share thoughts throughout the week!
You rock!
Cristy
I roll as well!! You are such a glorious soul, Cristy!
Yes Kandi you have done much for many.
I mean dealing with gender issues is difficult enough but when one like yourself brings such joy and light to an otherwise messed up world it is indeed recognized and this girl truly appreciates it very much
Hugs Rach
I feel like I am this way for some reason. I may never find out why, but I figure I’ll do whatever I can to make my minute piece of the world a little better!
Thanks Rach!
I love reading stories like the one from the mailbag. It is so exciting to know that this person is about to embark on an entirely new way of leading her life, one that will hopefully prove transformative, exciting and deeply fulfilling. She will also get the chance to view the world through the eyes of both a man and a woman, an extremely interesting experience that relatively few people will ever have. I wish her the best!

Being the Kandi in Kandi’s Land, I get these e-mails frequently. I just got another this week.
That makes me very, very fortunate!
And ladies and gentlemen and those of us that are both, Fi has an amazing post coming to your favorite blog very soon!!
Kandi it was such a pleasure to meet you in person. You were beyond kind I sincerely appreciate it. Spending quality girl time with you and Christy Garcia was truly a highlight of my 1st Keystone.
You will find girls like Cristy and I are about community, helping someone going through what we already have.
See you in Erie!
