EVER WONDER WHAT IT’S LIKE?

I’m on a cruise ship with thousands of people from around the world. Cozumel, Costa Maya and we’re docked at Honduras at the moment.

One of the experiences I love is to feel the thrill of walking on the pool deck or getting off the ship and shopping in a sexy swimsuit or barely there fashion. Call me crazy but it’s intoxicating.

Imagine yourself…

Imagine walking around the pool deck, the warmth of the sun embracing your skin, making you feel powerful and alive. You’re wearing your favorite swimsuit. Is it a bikini? One piece? Is it a style that’s barely there or modest?

The breeze carries the scent of the ocean, and as you move, every step feels confident, like you’re owning the space with a quiet, fierce grace. You sense the subtle shift as people turn their heads, drawn by your presence and how you hold yourself.

The bikini feels both freeing and daring—a small, bold statement in a sea of strangers. Minimalist clothing is so incredibly sensual knowing there’s only a small piece of fabric separating you from prying eyes. The fabric clings in just the right places, showing off your figure, every curve feeling both intentional and unapologetically yours.

There’s a mix of excitement and maybe a touch of vulnerability in feeling so seen, so open.

Personal note:

I love wearing sunglasses so I can look at others expression without them realizing I’m checking them out. I’m 6’3” in flats so I don’t blend. I know they’re thinking, “Is that a….” I don’t care in the least. I’m me, confident, sensual, and unique in a world of average.

Back to the dream…

You notice glances, some quick, some lingering, as people admire your confidence, curiosity sparked by the aura you project. In this moment, you’re more than just visible—you’re magnetic.

The experience is a blend of empowerment and exhilaration, each glance adding a bit more to the thrill of being exactly who you are in a world that’s watching.

It’s a moment of celebration, of embracing all of you with pride, letting the world see you as you see yourself: strong, beautiful, and entirely unforgettable.

Did you enjoy?

That’s how the past few days has been.

  1. Hi Gwen:
Thank you for the evocative and almost scandalous description one can get when dressing up! It’s a feeling I think most women are familiar with, and one most men will never know – unless they crossdress of course!

And just think – using the power of imagination anyone can be on that cruise liner on just a simple outing to the mall!

    All the best

  2. Gwen,

I take it your cruise started in Florida? Have you had any negative experiences showing your ID to start your cruise or using your passport to leave the ship? I know you are Ms. positive, but it would be helpful to know if it has been smooth sailing all around. Or, are you boarding and leaving the ship as “him” to avoid issues? Thanks!

Oh, as far as minimalist clothing feelings, I get that 3-4 times a week because I swim for exercise and always wear a women’s racing suit, which is pretty revealing. Of course, it isn’t thrilling as all eyes are on not on me, I don’t think. I am only 5’8-1/2” in height.

  3. Sounds great I love cruising and I’ve had the experience of doing one en fem and the last one I did I was a bit more fluid
No issues with anything and so many really great people

  4. Gwen,
This will be me next September but I doubt I will be clad in a swim suit or bikini , I do have a couple of skirted swimsuits but I’m heading north around Scotland and Ireland . While your text is very flirtatious and exciting you don’t mention closer interaction with the other cruise guests . I admit I don’t dress quite as provactive because I want to be part of the cruise and join in with other people , OK I’m lucky as I’m 5′ 7″ ( flat) with a UK 12/14 dress size so it’s easier for me to achieve my goal .
Lisa asks about official documentaion , this is why I applied for a new passport as Teresa while I’ll only need one for Southern Ireland it gave me the incentive to make an official name change .
As it will be my first cruise as Teresa I’m filled with mixed emotions , much of the time there shouldn’t be a problem as trips and daytime cruising are fairly casual , the evenings will be the cherry on the cake , can I pull it off ? I’ve now had several holidays as Teresa without a single problem but I know cruising is a little different , sweeping marble stair cases and with many eyes on YOU and no sun glasses to hide behind !!
