I was able to spend about a day and a half in Erie at the annual Lake Erie Gala. It is always a great time seeing friends and spending time with BFF. Oh yeah, scratch that last part… 😊 We kid because we love.
November 13 and 14, 2025, time spent with great friends, new friends, those is in the same boat, those out for their maiden voyages, and me yakking to girl after girl, accepting free drink after free drink. The first outfit was worn there, and I simply did not have the energy to change for the evening, so I looked like a schlump amongst the furs and beautiful dresses. I had the great fortune to get into a few extensive conversations and impart my wisdom, whatever that is, to a couple of newbies. It was wonderful and a night I will never remember…
And I slept to almost 9:00 AM the following day! I do believe I was an infant the last time that happened!! The sweater outfit was my day look that day (just wait for the evening look, coming to your favorite blog soon!). I had lunch with a couple of friends and poked around until the evening festivities.
