Wow Nora, what a beautiful uplifting story
Of Bailey and her amazing best friend. For her to turn around a devastating child hood and become the amazing women she is today with Hollie’s companionship and care is so heart warming. Thank you for allowing Kandi’s Land to post it.

Trish,
So many stories to tell, so little time to tell them.
Sigh….
I’m very glad to know you appoint.

“Appreciated it”
Keep writing, I’ll keep posting!
Touching story that hit home in many ways. What a wonderful and loving pair!
Thanks!
There is something special about our relationship with other animals, and Bailey’s case demonstrates that.

Nora,
Two things really stand out about Bailey’s story . She experienced earlier in her life than me about the family expectations of ” finding a cure ” . Counselling or therapy is perceived as searching for a cure , people fail to see or refuse to see that it’s not an illness with a cure , everyone concerned has to use it to find ways to live with gender dysphoria and hopefully find understanding and hope with acceptance .
The other is finding that the love given and received from a pet ( especially a dog ) can be life changing , they may not be human but they can still become you closest and trusted friend without prejudice .
Nora thanks for bringing Bailey’s lovely story to us .

Thanks! Based on feedback, Bailey’s story seems to have hit a sweet spot for many.
It was good to know you found value in it as positive feedback on the subjects presented is my only goal.
Always,
Nora
